Franklin Method® Equestrian

Why Franklin Method® Equestrian?

Since 1984, Franklin Method® has provided a scientifically proven, student-centered approach to support dynamic alignment and efficient body movement. Franklin Method® Equestrain helps riders develop functional movement patterns either in or out of the saddle by providing increased sensory input through ball and band work. Riders will learn how their muscles and joints work together through embodied movement exercises and dynamic imagery practices. This knowledge helps riders develop a more adaptive and responsive riding position that can move with their horse, resulting in balanced, easeful riding.
